Parts Warranty
While many manufacturers offer only 90 days to 1 year on parts for out-ofwarranty repairs, we go further. We provide a 2-year in-house warranty on all factory-authorized parts we install during out-of-warranty service calls. Trip & Diagnostic Fee
This covers our technician's trip to your location and a thorough diagnostic evaluation of the issue.

Only genuine factory-authorized parts are used, backed by our industry-leading 2-year in-house warranty.

**Disclaimer
This Certified 2-Year Parts Protection Program provides a full two-year warranty on the covered part(s) installed during the original qualifying repair, calculated from the date of that original repair only. If a replacement part is provided under this Program, service/trip fees for installing that replacement part are warranted for 30 days from the date of installation, while labor is warranted for 90 days. After those periods, any additional service is considered a new repair and will be charged at our then-current rates.
This Program does not cover repairs necessary due to cosmetic damage, insects or rodents, normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, abuse, alteration, rust of any kind, repair by persons other than our authorized Certified Appliance Repair service personnel, fire, theft, acts of God, improper gas, electrical, or water connections, or routine maintenance (such as replacing light bulbs or water filters). It also does not cover labor, service fees, or trip charges for any follow-up visits outside of the 30-day period described above. Follow-up service, when required, will be performed at our standard rates in effect at the time of service. The Program only covers single-family or non-commercial multi-unit dwellings and does not apply to any appliance(s) used in commercial applications. In the event a replacement part becomes unavailable from the original manufacturer or industry-recommended parts distributors during the term of this Program, Certified Appliance Repair shall be fully excused from performance hereunder, with no obligation to provide a replacement part, alternative part, or any reimbursement. This Program is non-transferable and void if the appliance is relocated or sold.
